After being awarded this 6-9 month refurbishment contract on this large historic house, we have been busy deep cleaning the soot residue from all rooms using the latest bio-degradable solutions. The property will benefit from a full electrical re-wire to NICEIC standards, a mechanical & heating upgrade, a modernised kitchen and fittings, along with refurbished and re-designed bathrooms & disabled wetroom. All to the highest standards. Decorations using clay paints to allow walls to naturally breathe, and original timber floor repairs will give the insides a premium quality feel with knowledge of craftsmanship. Major re-roofing and traditional lime pointing works will keep the property's fabric and structure good for another 100-plus years. We will update the images posted as we continue this project.
